What are your shipping charges?

Every order ships for FREE within the USA via USPS First Class or Priority.
Worldwide shipping is a flat $14.99USD.

What are the quality of your garments?

All of our garments are screen-printed using only the highest quality inks and screens. We never use heat transfers or digital direct printing that can wear out very quickly.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders will ship the next day via USPS.

What is your returns/exchange policy?

We want you to love your garment from Throwbackmax.com. If there is a problem with your garment we will gladly exchange it with no additional shipping charges.

How does Throwbackmax.com use my personal information?

You have our promise that any personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by Throwback.com. It is the policy of Throwbackmax.com not to share any personal customer information with any third party. Any financial information that is collected is used only to bill customers for shipped orders.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we gladly ship worldwide!

Do you ship to a post office box?

Yes, we exclusively use USPS Priority Mail, we can ship orders to post office boxes.

Can I ship to a different location?

To ship to another address, please enter your address in the billing information field and the shipping address in the shipping information field.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department at info@throwbackmax.com immediately for further instructions. We will ship an identical garment to you at no additional charge. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been submitted?

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment please e-mail us at info@throwbackmax.com. We will cancel your order immediately and refund your payment.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has been shipped the customer would be responsible for any additional shipping charges. In this case a customer will be refunded the amount of the payment minus shipping charges once the item is returned.

Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes. If you wish to make a change to an existing order please e-mail us at info@throwbackmax.com and we will do our best to modify your order.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

According to experts, if a vendor takes standard security precautions, transferring private information over the Internet is actually safer than handing your credit card to a waiter or checkout clerk.

Throwbackmax.com has partnered with Paypal to process every online order made through our web site. Paypal encrypts the information you enter before it is sent over the Internet. This prevents outsiders from gaining access to your personal data or credit card information.
